At the northeastern edge of the archipelago, near H\u00e5kansk\u00e4r, lies Himmelsk\u00e4r. During the peak of the fishing industry in the 19th century, the island was home to 28 fishing huts.<\/p>\n

\n

We will dock in a sheltered cove and have the opportunity to stroll across the rocky shoreline, experience the unspoiled natural surroundings, and breathe in the fresh sea air. Beyond the island stretches the vast \u00c5land Sea, where ships can be seen in the distance traveling to and from the Gulf of Bothnia. The remains of an old fishing hut are easy to find, while a couple of ancient carvings require a more careful eye to discover.<\/p>\n

With its charming and unspoiled environment, Himmelsk\u00e4r is an ideal destination for both relaxation and exploration. There will also be plenty of opportunities to enjoy a refreshing swim.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n \n

Departure is from Norrt\u00e4lje Harbour, at the far end of the Norrt\u00e4lje waterfront promenade by the Havsl\u00e4nken bridge. On our way to Himmelsk\u00e4r, we pick up passengers at H\u00e5kn\u00e4s and Gr\u00e4dd\u00f6.<\/p>\n

We stay at Himmelsk\u00e4r for two hours, giving you plenty of time to explore the beautiful island.<\/p>\n
