The early summer archipelago expeditions will take you to Orn\u00f6 and St Sandb\u00f6te, featuring many sights, on may 12th, 13th, and 15th. Onboard the M\/S Sj\u00f6bris, we have our fantastic captain and guide, G\u00f6ran P Sj\u00f6din, who shares exciting stories about the islands, buildings, boats, and archipelago residents.<\/p>\n

St Sandb\u00f6te was purchased by city council member Anna Lindhagen and leased to boatbuilder and illustrator Johannes S\u00f6derman and his wife Clara, whose cottage is still standing today. During the day, there will also be a visit to Anna\u2019s charming cottage. Additionally, we will visit the preserved boat house, now home to the Orn\u00f6 Heritage Society\u2019s boat building museum, offering a glimpse into the island’s history.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/article>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n Departure from Slussen at Skeppsbron \n <\/h2>\n\n \n Through Baggenst\u00e4ket\n <\/span>\n \n

The archipelago expedition to Orn\u00f6 and St Sandb\u00f6te departs aboard M\/S Sj\u00f6bris from Slussen at Skeppsbron, to the left of the Djurg\u00e5rdsf\u00e4rjan, at 08:00. We will then travel via Baggensst\u00e4ket.<\/p>\n

From 10:15 to 14:30, we will visit St Sandb\u00f6te and Orn\u00f6 in two groups and enjoy lunch onboard just outside Orn\u00f6.<\/p>\n

We expect to return to Slussen at 17:00.<\/p>\n

Please dress according to the weather with sturdy shoes, and feel free to bring binoculars or a map to add another dimension to your journey.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/article>\n\n

During the day, a cold-cut lunch buffet will be served, with various options of delicious dishes and a meal drink. The lunch buffet is designed to offer alternatives for vegetarians who eat fish. For any other special dietary needs or allergies, please inform us at kontoret@blidosundsbolaget.se<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The caf\u00e9 will be open throughout the journey, offering a selection of coffee, tea, and light snacks such as pastries, as well as alcoholic beverages like beer and wine. For those who want something more filling, there are also snacks and smaller dishes available for purchase.<\/p>\n
