Did you forget something onboard one of our ships? Lost items are kept on the ship and are not sent anywhere. If you\u2019re traveling on the same ship again, you can ask the staff if they have found what you left behind. If you have traveled with Norra B\u00e5tlinjen, S\/S Blid\u00f6sund, or one of our event ships, please contact us at kontoret@blidosundsbolaget.se to report and retrieve your lost items. For all other ships operating on our routes, please contact Waxholmsbolaget\u2019s customer service for assistance with lost items. Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Ticket exchanges for another equivalent trip can be made up to 14 days before the booked event date, subject to availability. It is optional to add cancellation insurance when purchasing tickets online (this can only be added at the time of booking, not afterward). This applies to ticket purchases for trips and events on M\/S Sj\u00f6bris, S\/S Blid\u00f6sund, and Norra B\u00e5tlinjen.<\/p>\n

The guest is responsible for being aware of and informed about the necessary details regarding the booked event and tickets. All necessary information, such as departure times and departure locations, can be found at\u00a0www.blidosundsbolaget.se<\/a>. For any other questions or inquiries, you can always contact Blid\u00f6sundsbolaget\u2019s customer service. Yes, you can bring your dog on all our ships. You will be assigned specific areas onboard. Please check with the crew when you board. Dogs are not allowed in the dining area or in the lounges. Yes, all ships operating in public transport are accessibility-friendly, allowing wheelchairs to board, and they have accessible restrooms. However, not all ships with multiple decks have an elevator to the upper deck.<\/p>\n

On the s\/s Storsk\u00e4r and Norrsk\u00e4r, there are stairs leading up to the dining areas, and there is no elevator.<\/p>\n
