Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Ticket exchanges for another equivalent trip can be made up to 14 days before the booked event date, subject to availability. It is optional to add cancellation insurance when purchasing tickets online (this can only be added at the time of booking, not afterward). This applies to ticket purchases for trips and events on M/S Sjöbris, S/S Blidösund, and Norra Båtlinjen.
The guest is responsible for being aware of and informed about the necessary details regarding the booked event and tickets.
