On M/S Riddarholmen, you can sit together with up to 100 guests in the dining room to enjoy a crayfish buffet. Our menu includes not only crayfish (choose between imported or Swedish) but also pies, bread, cheese, and dessert. Hats and bibs are, of course, included. Just bring a good mood and perhaps a songbook for a guaranteed fun evening!

M/S Riddarholmen is a ship that is perfect for corporate events. Built in 1916, it originally operated in zinc transport on the Göta Canal, but was later rebuilt in the 1990s for charter operations.

With its large capacity, it can accommodate up to 170 people for mingling and up to 150 for a seated dinner. From the large upper deck, you can enjoy a fantastic view over Stockholm’s beautiful archipelago, making M/S Riddarholmen a popular choice for corporate event bookings.

This beautiful ship is a classic archipelago ship from 1936. M/S Riddarfjärden offers both a spacious lounge and the possibility for outdoor mingling on the upper deck, making it perfect for a corporate event. It can accommodate up to 120 people for mingling and up to 100 people for a seated dinner. With an atmosphere of wood and brass, it is the perfect choice for creating a memorable event on the water.

M/S Riddarfjärden is also ideal for smaller groups (from 30 people), so it doesn’t feel too large.

We depart from Skeppsbron or a location that suits you, and for those who want an extra festive start to the evening, we offer a welcome toast on the deck. Then, we head out into the archipelago where you can enjoy crayfish, delicious snacks, and drinks in a wonderful atmosphere.

The dining rooms are spacious, providing ample space for the crayfish buffet and all the accompaniments. We have drinks for every taste, and of course, “the little one” to go with the crayfish.

Once the crayfish have been enjoyed, you can continue the evening with coffee and after-dinner drinks, and why not dance on the deck? You can play your favorite songs, or we can help you book a DJ if you prefer. There is also a sound system onboard for speeches, if desired.

Our crayfish menu is perfect for a festive evening with friends and family, featuring all the classic elements.

The buffet includes either Swedish or imported crayfish, Västerbotten cheese pie, and dessert. We also offer selected small dishes that pair perfectly with the crayfish, ensuring all guests can enjoy a complete and flavorful crayfish buffet!

To complement the meal, we offer a drink package with selected wines, beer, and other beverages that enhance the flavors of the crayfish and accompaniments.

Once you’re full and satisfied, enjoy coffee, after-dinner drinks, and perhaps even a dance on our large dance floor to end the evening in the best way possible. Let us take care of the details so you can focus on having fun and enjoying your crayfish party in a unique setting.

Our home quay is Skeppsbron, located below the castle, and this is where we charge the vessel rental until we return. Of course, we can pick you up (or drop you off) at another location if you wish.

We can adjust the route according to your preferences, taking into account time and geography (draft and possible additional opportunities). We can stay in the Baltic Sea (Saltsjön) or go through the lock into Lake Mälaren. A lock fee will apply for the lock passage.

We need to receive the food and drink order at least three weeks before departure (15 working days).

You choose a menu for the entire group, and then we accommodate any allergies or dietary preferences that are reported no later than seven working days before departure. Please submit these with names via email.

Drinks are charged based on the amount consumed, per opened bottle. You decide how much should be used, and whether guests should be able to pay for additional drinks at the bar if they wish.

Food and drinks must be ordered through us; we do not allow catering on board.

Yes, dancing is allowed on the upper deck. We recommend hiring a DJ with equipment. We can assist in getting a price for this if you wish. We can also help arrange a troubadour or a band. Both DJs and musicians usually require food, and we can offer a simple meal for an additional cost. When we are docked at the quay, the music must be turned down by midnight to avoid disturbing the surroundings.

Yes, we have a system that allows you to connect a mobile device with a playlist, as well as a microphone for speaking, both wired and wireless. If you wish to have dancing, we recommend hiring a DJ with equipment.

The permit to be on board extends until 01:00. It is possible to extend the permit for an additional cost, provided the request is made at least four weeks before departure (the application must be submitted through the permit authority).

The price includes hats, bibs, and crayfish moons set up. If you would like additional decorations, you are welcome to bring them. You can come in half an hour before departure to decorate or arrange the table settings.

M/S Riddarholmen has steps and thresholds, as well as stairs without an elevator to the upper deck. The toilets are either a staircase down or a staircase up. The toilets are not accessibility adapted.

We do not recommend bringing a dog on a crayfish cruise, as dogs are not allowed in the dining area, and you will be there for an extended period during the cruise.
