For example, you can book your own archipelago expedition – for a society, club, or congregation. We always depart from – and return to – our home dock at Skeppsbron below the castle, but we can pick you up elsewhere if you prefer.

History

Background of the ship

M/S Sjöbris is one of the few larger archipelago vessels that holds the necessary certifications to visit places such as Röder, Söderarm, or Huvudskär.

M/S Sjöbris has a sister vessel, almost identical in design: M/S Sjögull. Both ships are spacious, fast, and have large, bright salons. The vessels were built between 1983-87, and in 2007, a renovation was carried out to raise the standard. During this renovation, the main salons received new interiors, as well as new sound and lighting technology. A lounge saloon was also built on the upper deck.

On the entrance deck, there are fixed tables and benches where guests can sit and eat. A couple of the table sets can be removed to create space for a buffet table, DJ, or dancing.
