Processing of personal data for Blidösundsbolaget & Transdev Sverige AB
Blidösundsbolaget is a subsidiary of Transdev Sverige AB. We want you to feel safe when you submit your personal data to us, so we do everything we can to protect them from unauthorized persons. All processing of personal data is based on the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR.

Blidösundsbolaget AB is the data controller according to the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR for the processing of personal data within the company.
Personal data
Personal data means name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number and any other information that can in any way be linked to an individual.
For sole traders, the social security number is registered as it is the company's organization number. Contact persons at companies are registered with e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and position. Persons involved in insurance matters are registered with name, address, telephone number, social security number and e-mail address.
How long is the data kept?
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to perform the agreed services and tasks. Insurance cases are kept for as long as necessary depending on the nature and scope of the case, but at least 12 months. Requests for register extracts are kept for 12 months.
Who we share the data with
Blidösundsbolaget AB does not sell, exchange or pass on your personal data to others. We may compile statistics about our assignments for internal follow-up, but these statistics do not contain any personal data. However, Blidösundsbolaget may disclose personal information if it is necessary to comply with the law. In insurance matters, personal information may be disclosed to other insurance companies involved.

If you want information about what personal data about you is processed by Blidösundsbolaget, you can request it once a year. If you believe that information about you is incorrect or misleading, you should contact Blidösundsbolaget to correct or delete the information in question. Requests for information are made to Blidösundsbolaget through a written and signed request to the email address kontoret@blidosundsbolaget.se. The request must include your name, mobile phone number, email address, relationship to the company (customer, supplier, former employee, etc.) and a copy of a valid ID.
