Our home dock is Skeppsbron below the castle, and this is where we charge the vessel rental until we return. Of course, we can pick you up (or drop you off) at another location if you wish.

We can adjust the route according to your preferences, taking into account time and geography (depth and any additional options). We can stay within the Baltic Sea (Saltsjön) or navigate into Lake Mälaren. There is an additional lock fee if we enter the lock.

We need to receive your food and drink orders at least three weeks before departure (15 working days).

You choose a menu for the entire group, and we will adjust for allergies and dietary restrictions that are reported at least seven working days before departure. Please notify us of these by email, along with the names of those with specific needs.

Drinks are charged based on the final count of opened bottles. You can decide how much is to be consumed, and whether guests can pay for additional drinks at the bar if they want more.

Food and drinks must be ordered through us; we do not allow catering on board.

Yes, that’s fine, and it’s usually best if you arrange this yourselves since we don’t bake wedding cakes. A handling/storage and serving fee will apply per person.

Please make sure to check the size of the cake before ordering to ensure it fits in our refrigerators, and also confirm when it should be delivered. If there is a cake stand, it needs to be returned, and this must also be coordinated.

Yes, that’s possible on the upper deck. We recommend hiring a DJ with equipment. We can assist in providing a price for this if you’d like. We can also help with booking a troubadour or a band. Both DJs and musicians usually require a meal, and we can offer a simple dish for an additional cost. When we are docked, the music must be lowered at midnight to avoid disturbing the surrounding area.

Depending on availability, it can be arranged. The standard table arrangement is included in the ship rental, which you can view under “Read more” for each respective vessel, where a seating plan is provided. We can adjust the tables to different placements, considering the ship’s design and possibilities. An additional cost will apply depending on how much rearrangement is needed. The tables in the dining room can be rearranged but cannot be moved outside of the dining area.

We can arrange a designated gift table at a suitable location if you’d like. Presents should be taken with you after the cruise, as we are not responsible for gifts left overnight on the ship.

Yes, it’s possible on the upper deck. Please keep in mind that the sides are open and most guests will need to stand. You will need to arrange for the officiant yourself and agree on when and where they will board and disembark (unless it’s at the home dock).

Depending on the availability of birch leaves, we can provide a price for this upon request. The setup and removal of the birch branches must be done by authorized staff.

Of course, you can. Please keep in mind that the tables are quite narrow, so there isn’t much space for decorations. You can either arrange this yourself (you can come aboard 30 minutes before departure) or leave the decorations with us in advance, along with instructions on how you’d like them set up.

An additional cost may apply depending on how much decoration is desired.

We can also provide a price if you’d like us to arrange extra flowers, garlands, or similar items.

We do not recommend bringing a dog on a wedding cruise, as dogs are not allowed in the dining area, and you will be spending a longer time there during the event.

No, the entire vessel is considered a restaurant area and is subject to a smoking ban.

We have a rental period that applies from May to midsummer and from mid-August to September.

Yes, we have a system that allows you to connect a mobile device with a playlist, and a microphone for speeches, both wired and wireless (depending on the ship). If you wish to have dancing, we recommend hiring a DJ with their own equipment.

M/S Riddarholmen has steps and thresholds, as well as stairs without an elevator to the upper deck. Toilets are located one level down or up, and they are not accessibility adapted.

The permit to be on board is valid until 01:00. It is possible to extend the time on board for an additional cost, provided the request is made at least four weeks before departure (the application must be submitted through the relevant authorities).

The booking includes porcelain, linen tablecloths and napkins, simple table flowers in low vases, serving staff, and standard cleaning.

Two meetings of 45 minutes each (or a total of 1.5 hours) are included. Additional meetings beyond this will be charged at 500 SEK including VAT per meeting (maximum 45 minutes).
